This service was created to provide you with timely Integrative Medicine & Pain Management consultations and feedback. Patient comfort is one of the most important goals of being a veterinarian. We have all had patients that we struggled to keep comfortable. Problems ranging from chronic orthopedic and neuromuscular disease to terminal cancer can present a real challenge.  Anesthesia is another area that can be very challenging.  Our pets are living

longer and as a result they often present with a variety of medical issues that make structuring a safe anesthetic plan

daunting.  Now you have the benefit of board certified anesthesiologist and pain management specialist for consultation - Even on an emergency basis.  

Services include:

• Assessment of pain disorder based on patient history, pathophysiology and response to analgesic and other therapies
• Novel approaches to analgesic therapy
• Short and long term analgesia recommendations appropriate to the patient and owner
  Guaranteed timely and inexpensive responses (See Fee Schedule Below)

Before a consult can be performed, an account must be created. You can either fill out the form online and electronically transmit it to us or you can download a form and fax it to us at 502-244-3046. Please note that if you fill out the form on line, someone will call your office for a credit card number to which to charge consultations.

Anesthesia and Pain Management Consultations:

You can request an anesthesia or pain management consultation via the web, fax or phone.

To use the web option, click below and follow instructions.  To receive a consultation you MUST have a registration form filled out on file. This forms allows us to understand what protocols we can recommend. Forms can be submitted electronically by clicking on the online registration form.  Alternatively you can download the form and fax it to us at 502-244-3046.

Consultation requests received prior to 5 PM mountain time Monday through Friday will have replies by 8 AM eastern time the following day. Routine consultations received after 5PM Friday will have replies by 8 AM Tuesday at the latest.

Requests which require immediate response must be phoned in.
