Dr. Lara K. Day (formerly Dr. Lara K. Morey) graduated from Purdue University in 1991 with a Bachelor's degree in engineering. She practiced as a civil engineer until 1998 when she attended Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Day graduated from veterinary school cum laude in 2002. She has been in general veterinary practice in West Virginia, Maryland, and Indiana before coming to LVSES. Dr. Day is a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist and is currently enrolled and is completing certification in veterinary herbal medicine. She practices exclusively veterinary acupunture and integrative medicine at LVSES.
