Canine Rehabilitation

The rehabilitation service at LVSES is headed by Jackie Honghern Sharp, CCRP (Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner). Rehabilitation services are offered Monday through Friday, 10 am -6 pm on a referral basis only.
Jackie is working with a Bassett Hound who was paralyzed as a result of a ruptured disc in his back.
There is no limit to the size of dog that can benefit from rehabilitation. Repeati, a 12-year old Chihuahua, had severe brain injury after head trauma. He could not walk normal after his initial recovery and learned to walk all over again with the help of rehabilitation.
