From east Louisville including the Highlands, St. Matthews, Lyndon, Jeffersontown and Middletown:

Take I-64 East to the Gene Snyder Freeway (I-265) North exit 19B. The first exit is Shelbyville Rd. (US 60) exit #27 Middletown/Eastwood. Turn left on Shelbyville Rd (west). The fourth stoplight is Aiken Rd. and you will turn right. You will see LVSES on the right as you approach Aiken Rd. Take the first right off of Aiken Rd. behind the Batteries Plus store and take the first right in the parking lot for BW3's. Work your way left around Blockbuster Video and park in front of LVSES.
