Dr. Keehner is a 2000 graduate of Iowa State Universty College of Veterinary Medicine. She completed a one year internship in San Diego and worked in the emergency service at MedVet Memphis before coming to LVSES in 2002. She completed one year of advanced training in emergency and critical care at LVSES and served as a senior emergency clinician before completing her training in canine rehabilitation in Denver. She is a certified canine rehabilitation therapist (CCRT) and is director of the LVSES Rehabilitation Service.
